FloQast is a cloud-based application, so you can access it from a web browser. We recommend using Google Chrome.
Brand New User? (Password-based Login, non-SSO) Back to Top ↑
If you are a brand-new user, you should have received a "Welcome to FloQast" email. Please follow that link to create your account and sign in for the first time!

Brand New User? (SSO) Back to Top ↑
If you are a brand-new user, you do not need to follow a link in an invitation. Instead, log in at the appropriate SSO URL listed below:
- US database: https://www.floqast.app/login/sso
- EU database: https://eu.floqast.app/login/sso
- APAC database: https://au.floqast.app/login/sso
Returning User? Back to Top ↑
If you are a returning user, you can sign in a couple of different ways depending on your team's login method.
Password-based Login
If your team uses the username + password method, you can enter your email address and password at our login page here:
- US database: https://www.floqast.app/login
- EU database: https://eu.floqast.app/login
- APAC database: https://au.floqast.app/login
SSO Login
If your team is using Single Sign On (SSO) to access FloQast, you can sign in by entering your email address at our SSO login page here:
US database: https://www.floqast.app/login/sso
EU database: https://eu.floqast.app/login/sso
APAC database: https://au.floqast.app/login/sso
If you are already signed in to your SSO provider, you will be automatically redirected to FloQast.
If you are not already signed in to your SSO provider, then you will be directed to your organization's SSO authentication page. Here you should enter your regular SSO credentials (Okta, Azure, OneLogin, Google, etc.)
If your organization has an SSO homepage, you may also sign in by clicking your FloQast tile:
Dual-Instance Users Back to Top ↑
If you need access to multiple instances of FloQast, you'll need to add a plus-alias email for any instances in addition to your original instance. This is because your primary email cannot be reused for another instance so you'll need to be invited using a plus-alias email (e.g., user+instancename@domain.com). For example, you may have setup your initial FloQast instance with a john.smith@floqast.com email address. To create another account, in another FloQast instance, you'd need to use a difference email address so you could use something like john.smith+instancename@floqast.com.
