Team Settings Reporting
The Team Settings reporting purpose is to provide System Admins and Admins the ability to review User access as a whole. The report is critical for compliance purposes and should be reviewed on at least a quarterly basis.
The report can be exported from Admin Settings > Team Members > Export:
The report provides a time-stamped export in Excel OR PDF and shows the details on the Team Settings page plus the listing of companies each user has access to when the user was created, by which Admin they were created, and when they were deactivated, if applicable. There is an example of the report in the below image.
