The complete list of your FloQast users is visible within the Admin Settings > Team Members page. A user's Role and Entity Access can be reviewed and edited from this list. The "FloQast Access" tools and the Login Type (if applicable for SAML users) are also accessible here:

Specific Use Cases/Workflows:
Custom Roles and JEM: Custom roles does not support independent JEM permissions. This means that Journal Entry Management (JEM) permissions cannot be configured separately within a custom role.
SSO: If you use SSO to log into FloQast, you cannot reset your password via the FloQast website. Instead, you will need to reset the password through your SSO instance.
If attempting to log into FloQast via SSO, make sure you are attempting to log in through the appropriate SSO login URL:
- US database: https://www.floqast.app/login/sso
- EU database: https://eu.floqast.app/login/sso
- APAC database: https://au.floqast.app/login/sso
Deactivate Pending Users: If a user is in a "pending" status, meaning they have been created but have not yet accepted their invitation to join FloQast, they can be deactivated but not deleted. To deactivate their account click the user's Access dropdown and click Deactivate User. To deactivate the user you must have access to every entity the user has access to. If you have the proper access and still encounter issues, email support@floqast.com for assistance.
Note: There is no limit to the number of Admin users within an account as long as it is within the contracted user limit.
