The complete list of your FloQast users is visible within the Admin Settings > Team Members page. A user's Role and Entity Access can be reviewed and edited from this list. The "FloQast Access" tools and the Login Type (if applicable for SAML users) are also accessible here:
The following Role options are available in FloQast:
Admin: Full access to FloQast core app + Analytics + Flux + AutoRec. Full access to all Administrative pages.
Manager: Full access to FloQast core app + Analytics + Flux + AutoRec. Partial access to Administrative pages. Administrative access is limited to Reconciliation and Checklist admin settings, plus the calendar settings on the Entities admin page. No access to the Team Members page, or the Integrations section of the Entities page.
System Admin: Partial access to the administrative pages in FloQast. Full admin access on Entities and Team Members page, including Integration settings. No access to the rest of the FloQast app (core app, Analytics, Flux, AutoRec, etc.)
User: Access to the FloQast core app + Flux + AutoRec. Ability to create non-recurring Checklist Items. No access to Analytics or the Administrative pages of FloQast.
Workflow User: Access to portions of the FloQast core app. Ability to create non-recurring Checklist Items. Can attach documents to Checklist Items but cannot delete documents attached by others and can also view documents in the Documents section as well as those attached to Checklist items. No access to Analytics, Flux, AutoRec, or Administrative pages, or the ability to refresh reconciliations.
Note: There is no limit to the number of Admin users within an account as long as it is within the contracted user limit.
Note: You can also convert users to Auditors and Auditors to users.
