Reconciling Items Details from AI Matching
The workbook now includes a Reconciling Items tab listing every unmatched and pending transaction, each with its own #FQRI anchor, so there’s no manual anchoring or reformatting each period.
Details carry through both the export and Send to Recs, then appear in the Reconciling Items view in Reconciliations. If you adjust the calculated amount when sending to recs, the change is tracked as a separate adjustment line.
Link Journal Entries to Reconciliations
JEs can now be linked to a reconciliations, so reviewers can find them without leaving the rec to search. The status of each linked journal is visible from the rec.
Reporting
Notify Users of Review Notes Activity when Assigned to Them
Users now get an in-app or email notification when a review note is assigned to them. Each notification links directly to the review note, so the recipient can respond without searching for it.
Previously, users had to log in and check for new review note activity manually which meant delays during the close or follow-ups over Slack, Teams and email. Notifications are sent for assignments only, so users are alerted only when action is needed.
Filter Material Variances to My Outstanding Work
The Material Variances page now has a filter that shows only the items waiting on you as preparer, reviewer, or approver, with a count of outstanding items.
Previously, users had to scan the full variance list across all accounts and entities to find their own work. The filter updates in real time as items are completed or reassigned, and respects existing role-based permissions.
Transform
Query Data Platform Data From the Canvas
Builders can add a Data Platform block to an agent, pick a dataset, choose the fields and filters they need, and test the query before saving it. Available to Transform customers who are also enabled on Data Studio.
Pull Data From Larger Sets of PDFs
The PDF step now handles larger and more complex document sets, and you can upload up to 500 PDFs in a single ZIP file. If a document can't be read, the review screen marks it, and you can fill in its values by hand and finish the step.
Set Defaults for Inputs That Rarely Change
Builders can now attach a default file, date, or text value to an input. Each run starts with the default filled in, and the person running the agent can replace it for that run only. To change it for every run, edit the agent. Defaults are fixed values, not dynamic ones like the current period.
Platform
Build an Agent From the Close You Already Run
Hand Transform a finished close, or describe the inputs and outputs you need, and it builds a first version of the agent, checked against your own close. You review it and add any steps it needs on the canvas before it runs. You can still build agents step by step yourself.
