AI Matching Enhancements
You can now manage your data more flexibly within AI Matching by adding, editing, or deleting transactions directly in the interface. This update eliminates the need to re-import entire datasets for minor corrections and includes the ability to restore deleted transactions if they were removed in error. Furthermore, a new activity log provides full visibility into transaction changes, matching actions, whether manual, rule-based, or via journal entry, and rollforwards.
Reporting
Report Libarary: FloQast Standard Reports
You can now access a library of pre-built standard reports designed to accelerate your financial analysis and reduce manual setup. This update allows you to start from existing templates for Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Trend Analysis, including Quarter-over-Quarter variances and Multi-Subsidiary bridges, rather than building them from scratch. By shifting from report creation to refinement, you can more quickly generate usable outputs and focus on analyzing your specific data trends.
AI Variance Analysis: Notifications for Changes
We’ve introduced a centralized notification center to streamline your flux analysis and improve visibility throughout the period close. You can now receive automated alerts for six key workflow states, including when balances become newly material, when existing variances shift significantly, or when explanations are ready for review and finalization. These real-time updates eliminate the need for manual monitoring and follow-up by directing your attention exactly where action is required. By automating these "calls to action," you can ensure all material fluctuations are addressed promptly and maintain strict compliance with your internal close deadlines.
Financial Data Management: Autosave in Preview
You can now expect more automated saving events within the Financial Data Management interface to prevent data loss during the mapping process. The system automatically triggers a save event when you select "Preview Rules" to view your data. These updates remove the need for manual save clicks and ensure your progress is preserved in the event of a session timeout or browser close.
Financial Data Management: Account Dimension Support
The rule builder now includes Account as a selectable condition for secondary mapping, providing more granular control over your data sets. This update allows you to define multiple account-level rules within a single mapping tab, significantly reducing the number of tabs required for complex configurations.
Compliance
Compliance: Custom Roles
We’ve updated the Compliance management user management experience to provide you with greater control over user permissions through the introduction of custom roles. You can now create tailored roles, such as Internal Auditor or Control Owner, by selecting a base template and toggling specific functional permissions across the Risk and Control modules. These updates allow you to restrict or grant access to sensitive data, manage cloud storage visibility, and define exactly who can add, modify, or delete records and attachments. Once configured, these custom roles can be assigned directly to team members within your application settings to ensure every user has the precise level of access required for their specific responsibilities.
Transform
Visual Agent Builder
Transform now includes the Visual Agent Builder, a redesigned interface for creating, editing, and running your agent workflows. Instead of the previous linear view, you can work with your agents on an interactive drag-and-drop canvas that displays each step and its connections as a visual map. Steps that run in parallel are clearly represented, and you can rearrange nodes, insert new steps between existing ones or add them directly from connection points in your workflow. A Skill Library within the builder provides a curated set of ready-to-use functions you can drag onto the canvas to create new steps.
You can validate your workflows using test runs, which process your agent end to end without posting any documents or journal entries to downstream systems. Building, configuring, and running agents now happen in a single unified view, and the previous builder experience remains accessible through a Classic toggle.
Platform
User Management by Entity
Admins can now manage entity assignments directly from the Entities page in Admin Settings. A new "Team Members" column has been added which displays the current count of team members and auditors for each entity. Clicking these counts opens a management slide-out where you can manage which users have access to the entity along with their Entity Role (for Adv Users).
