FloQast Rules are a predefined list of FloQast-maintained matching rules available to you in the Rule Library. Rules can be added/removed from accounts but not modified, ensuring consistent quality with no setup required. You still have the ability to create and manage your own rules, but you can also choose from a list of readily available rules.
From the AI Matching Account:
Once navigated into the desired AI Matching account, click the Rules button.
You'll see tabs for Active Rules and Rule Library. In the Rule Library tab, you can search and filter through the rules. One of the drop downs allows you to filter by "My Rules," "FloQast Rules," or "All Rule Sources." My Rules will be the ones you created and FloQast Rules will be the FloQast-maintained rules.
Here you can see which rules have been added as they'll have an "Added" tag and ones that have not been added will have the "Add Rule" button option. Add rules as you wish and those will then appear in the Active Rules tab.
From the Matching Rule Library:
When you're navigated into an account with AI Matching enabled, click the kebab button and then click the Matching Rule Library button.
This will direct you to the Rule Library where you'll see two tabs: My Rules and FloQast Rules. The My Rules tab will be all the rules that you and your team have manually created. The FloQast Rules tab will be where all the FloQast-maintained rules live. The FloQast Rules can be assigned to specific accounts but they can't be edited or deleted. Accounts must use a consistent data structure and number of references for rule sharing to work as expected.
In this library, you can select multiple rules at once and assign them to all accounts.
For individual rules, click the kebab menu (⋮) next to any rule to view its details, manage its assigned accounts, or quickly apply it to all accounts.
