You can now upload and annotate image file types, including .jpg, .jpeg, .jfif, .pjpeg, .pjp, and .png, directly on the Annotations page. Previously limited to PDFs, this update allows you to work with a wider range of file types without needing to convert them to PDF first.
With the new annotations feature, users can add boxes, reference attributes, link pages, and sync the test sheet results with the annotations and it all can be performed within the FloQast application.
Annotations
To annotate a file within an embedded testing sheet, navigate to the desired testing sheet and click on the "Annotate" button
This will open up the attached file and will provide a set of actions to annotate your file with within the application.
Once you are finished with annotating your file, you can click on the "Save and Sync" button to save your progress. Also, if you wish, you can click on the "Export" button to export the file to your local computer.
AI Generated Annotations
Users can also automatically generate annotations through our AI Testing Feature! By Clicking on the "AI Testing" icon next to a sample, the system will begin to generate these automatic annotations
Please Note: AI generated annotations may be inaccurate. Please review the annotations to ensure accuracy.
Once annotations are generated through AI, be sure to click back into the file by clicking on the "Annotate" button and ensure that all of the generated annotations are accurate.
