Auditor Access Levels
Auditor access is granted by the company’s FloQast Admins that invite the auditors. Auditors can be granted access to the following:
- View supporting documentation
- View the date of completed sign-offs for checklist items and reconciliations
- View Review Notes created between FloQast users
If the company has granted document access to Auditors, there are two ways that access can be configured based on how the company has configured its FloQast. One way is for you to download a local copy of the file when clicking on documents. Alternatively, you will be taken outside of FloQast and to the company's Cloud Storage Provider folders directly, where the company's folder-sharing policies will apply. With both methods, you can access a document by clicking on the hyperlink in FloQast. If you run into any issues accessing the files, please don't hesitate to reach out to FloQast Support.
Review Notes Access
If the company has granted Review Notes access to auditor users, you may read review notes left on checklist items, documents, and reconciliations along with the related assignees, status, and dates. Review notes will be indicated with a message icon illuminated on the right-hand column of any Checklist items or Reconciliation accounts. Note, as an auditor user, you will have read-only access to the Review Notes.
If you are not able to locate an entity, a checklist item, or a reconciliation account that you are looking for, there are a couple of items to check for. First, check for any Filters that may be applied either in the “Entities” dropdown box, “Period/Due Date” dropdown boxes, or in the “Filter” section shown below. Clicking “Reset Filters” on the bottom right will clear any filters currently applied. Second, make sure you have access to the applicable Entity. In the “Entities” dropdown box, you will only see a list of entities to which the company’s FloQast Admin(s) have granted you access to. If you believe some are missing, you can reach out to your Admin(s) to grant you entity access.
Invite Link Expired
An Admin or System Admin from your team can resend an invite link to you. Invite links expire after 72 hours, and resending an invite link will generate a new “Welcome to FloQast” email sent to the new user. The Admin user can refer to this article for details.
