Similar to the Checklist Linked Documents feature, you can now link documents directly to Reconciliations in FloQast. This feature allows you to reference important files associated with the reconciliation (e.g., PDF bank statements). All document types are supported and securely stored in your cloud storage.
You can link documents to specific reconciliations by hovering over them and clicking on the Link Document icon.
You can then upload your file using the Select File button on the Documents window. Please note that you can attach multiple documents at once by selecting multiple files in the file explorer menu.
After uploading, your file will be visible when clicking on the Linked Documents icon. Additionally, if the Excel file you uploaded contains a #FQ anchor, that balance will be pulled into FloQast and applied to the rec. If you’d like to upload another file to the same rec, you can select the Add a New Document option.
Unlike the Checklist Linked Documents, the file will not be uploaded to the Linked Documents folder and will be uploaded to the process folder instead:
