Once your Operational Audit program is created, the next step is defining the structural details of your engagement.
How to Review Your Operational Audit Program
- Navigate to the Operational Audit Program to drill down into your created audit by clicking on the program name.
Program Tabs Explained
After you’ve selected the program from the Programs list, you'll notice that there are new tabs available to you. Here is a brief overview of each of those tabs and what they do:
- Overview tab: Captures audit scope, objectives, methodology, and any other planning detail in editable sections and fields. This content feeds the AI-generated final report.
- Milestones tab: Replaces external Excel trackers. Milestones group tasks with assignees, due dates, statuses, and optional sign-off, and a progress bar shows overall completion. A milestone can only be completed once all of its tasks are done.
- Documents tab: A program-level document repository (think perm file) for engagement letters, kickoff memos, and org charts. Documents can optionally be associated with milestone tasks.
- Reports tab: Generates audit reports with AI, pulling from the Overview, Milestones, and data across the Compliance suite (risks, testing, issues). Reports export to PDF or Word and can be refined via chat before finalizing.
