Option to Send Journal Entries as Unposted
Users now have the option to send journal entries (JEs) from FloQast in an unposted state, including pending, submitted, or park & post statuses. This allows you to align JE submission with your ERP’s approval workflows, supporting internal controls, compliance, or audit requirements. By sending JEs in these states, you can avoid duplicate approvals and maintain flexibility in your JE process across different ERP systems.

Compliance: Scoping Import
You can now import Scoping workbooks using an Excel template when creating a new workbook or making bulk edits. The template supports most Excel formulas, including cross-sheet references, so you do not need to recreate formulas within the application. Errors also appear as notes on the relevant cells, so you can easily and quickly identify and resolve them.
