Depreciation Enhancement: Bulk Transfer: CIP to Service
We’ve released enhancements to streamline the process of transferring Construction in Progress (CIP) assets into placed-in-service status:
- Reclass renamed to Transfer for clearer, more intuitive terminology.
- Apply start and end dates in bulk directly from the Transfer modal, no need to open each item individually.
- Depreciation calculations now trigger automatically once dates are entered in the Transfer modal.
- New Transfers tab, similar to the Disposals tab, to track asset movements in and out.
- New Transfers column on the Rollforward tab, providing better visibility into past and current transfers.

Export now includes transfer reasons on the Assets tab and includes the related Journal Entry.
AI Matching Table Enhancements
We’ve upgraded the tables on the AI Matching page to a more flexible and powerful grid experience. You can now resize, reorder, pin, or hide columns, apply advanced filters to individual columns, and adjust how many transactions display per page. These improvements give you greater control over how you view and interact with your data for a more efficient reconciliation experience.

Transform Builder
The Transform Builder is a self-serve platform that allows accountants to create their very own custom AI Agents. Through natural language prompting, accountants can create Agents that integrate with data sources, work on top of Excel files, and take action inside of FloQast, such as posting a JE. Each Agent comes with clear controls, such as Human in the Loop, and a versioning system for clear auditability and maintenance.

Navigation Enhancements
You’ll now experience a unified navigation throughout FloQast. Admin Settings no longer open in a new tab, and the left navigation is now available on the Admin Settings, Profile Settings, and Explore New Products/Workflows pages. The header navigation has been removed from these areas, giving Sys Admins direct access to their Profile Settings and the Sign Out option.
