You can CC recipients on a Request using the CC field right below the main contact field. Select "Click here to add contacts" to add a new contact, add a contact from your address book, or bulk upload contacts from Excel.
CC recipients will be included in all outgoing emails for each "To" recipient, including welcome, initial, follow-up, and past-due notification emails. Each "To" contact creates its own email chain; therefore if someone is CCed, they will be CCed on each email chain.
CC Recipients will also receive responses from the main data provider(s) and can choose to respond within the ReMind thread.
CC recipients are intended to be included for visibility. They will not be considered data providers, so their responses will not complete any task(s) in the Request.
