ReMind offers the ability to adjust the frequency of email notifications your data provider receives once a request has been sent.
The four levels of frequency are:
- Chill: This mode only sends the initial request and no follow-up emails.
- Diligent: This mode sends one follow-up message if a response is not received by the due date.
- Persistent: This mode sends a follow-up message if a response is not received by the due date, and one past-due message 24 hours after the due date.
- Never Give Up: This mode sends a follow-up message if a response is not received by the due date, and a past-due message every 24 hours after the due date until a response is received.
The Message Mode can be adjusted by hovering over a request card on the Dashboard and clicking on “Edit Request”. After using the slider to select your preferred Message Mode, save your changes by clicking “Update” at the bottom of the pop-up.
