Clients who have integrated their NetSuite accounts with FloQast (and have the necessary permissions enabled) are able to pull transaction data into the AutoRec Matching module. This allows users to only have to upload the secondary source they want to match those transactions to.
To enable, clients simply need to select NetSuite under the Source Origin within their AutoRec Matching Settings.
On a nightly basis, FloQast will automatically refresh and pull additional transactions into the Matching module. If you would like to manually perform this refresh though, click the Sync button at the top-right corner of the Transactions tab. If any changes are made in NetSuite, this sync will update the transaction in FloQast to match what is in your NetSuite. However, transactions that have already been matched in FloQast will never be changed; if a transaction that has been matched is edited in NetSuite, FloQast will pull in an updated version of this transaction while still keeping the original, matched version.
FloQast can pull in two of a variety of different fields from your NetSuite to use as Ref. 1 and Ref. 2 for matching. You can select these fields in the AutoRec Matching Settings.
- In order for FloQast's AutoRec Matching module to pull transaction data from clients' NetSuite accounts, special integration permissions must be established. Clients onboarded to FloQast after September 2020 should already have the necessary permissions; those onboarded prior should contact their Customer Success Manager or our Product Support team in order to obtain guidance on how to update their permissions.
- When hovering over transactions pulled in from NetSuite, a small box icon will appear next to the transaction. Clicking this icon will open a new tab where you are taken to that specific transaction within your NetSuite account.
