Clients who have integrated their NetSuite accounts with FloQast (and have the necessary permissions enabled) are able to pull transaction data into the AutoRec Matching module. This allows users to only have to upload the secondary source that they want to match those transactions to.
To enable, clients simply need to select NetSuite under the Source Origin within their AutoRec Matching Settings.
On a nightly basis, FloQast will automatically refresh and pull additional transactions into the Matching module. If you would like to manually perform this refresh though, click the Sync button at the top-right corner of the Transactions tab.
FloQast currently pulls in the Document Number and Name from NetSuite as the Ref 1 and 2 of your transactions. (example below)
- In order for FloQast's AutoRec Matching module to pull transaction data from clients' NetSuite accounts, special integration permissions must be established. Clients onboarded to FloQast after September 2020 should already have the necessary permissions, those onboarded prior should contact their Customer Success Manager or our Product Support team in order to obtain guidance on how to update their permissions.
- When hovering over transactions pulled in from NetSuite, a small box icon will appear next to the transaction. Clicking this icon will open a new tab where you are taken to that specific transaction within your NetSuite account.
- If transactions are updated/changed in NetSuite and the Sync button is clicked within FloQast, the new version of the transaction will be pulled in but the original version will need to be manually deleted by clicking the trashcan icon next to it.
