Subledger Matching

You can utilize the FloQast Subledger API to sync transactions into FloQast AutoRec Matching automatically.

First, navigate to the AutoRec Matching settings and enable the Subledger API source:

• This will need to be enabled for each relevant Reconciliation.

There are multiple options to include for reference information from your Subledger:

Once enabled, you can begin sending transaction data through FloQast's Subledger API. You will then use FloQast AutoRec Matching to identify reconciling items between your GL and SL automatically. The Excel export will create a #FQRI tag for you to upload to the Documents section and tie out your Reconciliation.

1. Send transactions through the Subledger API.
2. Navigate to the Reconciliation's AutoRec settings page and select Export Excel.
3. Open the file and view the tagged balance and account.
4. Upload the file into your Documents section in FloQast.
