Trial Balance Upload
If you are missing accounts under the Add Account dropdown, the accounts cannot be found on your Chart of Accounts file. This is a list of accounts that you have supplied to FloQast. Therefore, if an account is missing from the dropdown, it’s likely missing from the COA. You’ll need to have it added to the file in order for FloQast to recognize it.
Review this article for specific steps on updating the COA file.
Note: An account will also not appear if it is currently being reconciled within the process folder that you are currently viewing. This is because you may not add the same account to a folder more than once.
NetSuite
If this is a newly added account to NetSuite, FloQast may not recognize it yet. Admins and System Admins can run the Sync General Ledger function under the Admin settings > Entities tab > Manage. This function pings your Netsuite environment for any new accounts or subsidiaries. After syncing GL, the new accounts should appear as an option. If not, please ensure they are active accounts on your NetSuite Chart of Accounts.
If you still don't see the account after following the above, please try logging out and logging back into FloQast.
Intacct
If you are unable to see accounts in the add accounts dropdown menu, check your Intacct settings to make sure the missing accounts are active.
FloQast also does not pull in balances from Statistical Accounts within Intacct.
