If you are missing accounts under the Add Account dropdown, the accounts could not be found on your Chart of Accounts file. This is a list of accounts that you have supplied to FloQast. Therefore, if an account is missing from the dropdown, it’s likely missing from the COA and you’ll simply need it to be added to the file in order for it to be recognized.
If you open up that file, you can add the missing accounts directly to the list and save that file in the COA folder. Next time you go into FloQast, they should now be options to add as reconciliations.

Note: An account will also not appear if it is currently being reconciled within that folder that you are currently viewing (you may not add the same account to a folder more than once, unless you are using our SADL feature).
If this is a newly added account to NetSuite, FloQast may not be recognizing it yet. Admins and System Admins can run the Sync General Ledger function under the Manage Entities tab in the Admin settings. This function pings your Netsuite environment for any new accounts or subsidiaries. After syncing GL, the new accounts should appear as an option. If they do not, please ensure they are active accounts on your NetSuite Chart of Accounts.
If you are unable to see accounts in the add accounts dropdown menu, check your Intacct settings to make sure the missing accounts are active.
FloQast also does not pull in balances from Statistical Accounts within Intacct.
