When this error is received, it means that FloQast has lost its connection with your ERP. In order to restore, a user with an Admin role must enter the appropriate credentials under Admin Settings.
Intacct
{
"errorType": "AUTH_ERROR",
"message": "Sign-in information is incorrect",
"status": "500"
}
For users who have set up a Web Services User in Intacct, the User ID will be floqastintegration with its corresponding password as shown below. We strongly encourage using a dedicated web services user like this! If you were previously synced using an Intacct user’s personal credentials, re-entering these updated credentials will also restore your sync. The sync between FloQast and Intacct likely broke because of an updated Intacct password for the user that was synced in FloQast.
NetSuite
For NetSuite users, FloQast requires Token Based Authentication (TBA).
In order to first obtain a working Token and Secret from NetSuite, please refer to the NetSuite TBA Setup guide provided during your FloQast implementation. You will need to perform steps 4-6 again to generate a new token. If you no longer have access to this guide, please contact support@floqast.com for a new copy!

If by chance the token gets broken or the integration role does not have access to all subsidiaries, please contact support@floqast.com and our support team will walk you through reestablishing NetSuite TBA.
