Once you have created your Certification requests you will be able to edit and manage them directly in FQ.
Making Edits to Certification Requests
To make edits to your Certification request, click on the three dots to the right of the Certification.
This will display two items:
- Edit: This will bring you to page where you can edit the Certification request details. (Note: Updates will only apply to rounds where the certification request has not been sent.)
- Delete: This will permanently delete the request
Managing Responses to Certification Requests
Once a recipient has submitted their response you will have the ability to Review them. Simply click into the Status, Responses or Open Exceptions to drill into the details of each Certification round.
Managing Exceptions
When clicking on Open Exceptions, you will be taken to an Exceptions page, where you can review the details of the exception.
Clicking on the three dots of the Exception will allow you to Edit Status of the selected exception.
This will bring up a pop-up window that allows you to modify your Clearing Note, or update the status to Not Cleared. Changing the status from Cleared to Not Cleared will remove the clearing note from view within the table and any downloadable reports, but the explanation will be retained for future reference.
Clearing Exceptions: You can also clear your exception(s) by clicking on the box to the left of the exception(s) listed and clicking Mark as Cleared, at which point the user will be prompted to fill out their explanation for clearing.
Once Cleared, the Status, Cleared By, and Clearing Note fields will be updated and the main Certifications page will not show any open exceptions.
Downloading Round Results: Users can download the following by clicking Export.
- Detailed Results in Excel: This export will include details of responses, including Recipients’ email addresses, timestamp of responses, question responses, and question explanations (if applicable).
- Exceptions Report in PDF: This export will include exception details, including recipient and timestamp of response, question responses and explanations, exception clearing status and notes.
