Once a Certification request is sent, the Recipient will receive an email notification from notifications@remind.floqast.app. (Note: Certification requests are sent out at midnight (based on the time zone of the audit project) on the start date of the certification round. The start date comes from the Days Before Due Date number input when creating the Certification.)
Recipients can view and submit responses to their Certification requests in two ways:

Directly from the email: Select View Questionnaire. Recipients will then be then directed to the individual Certification, where they can submit their responses in FQ.
- (Note 1: Recipients who are FQ users and have access to the audit project the Certification request is associated with will be prompted to log into FQ with their FQ user email.)
- (Note 2: Non-FQ Users will only be able to access the Certification via the email notification)

From the FQ App (FQ Users Only): If the recipient is a FQ Admin or Manager user, recipients can navigate to the Certifications tab in Compliance Management, navigate to the Respond tab, see all of the Certifications assigned to them, and click Start Certification to submit their responses.
- If the recipient is a non-Admin or Manager FQ user (i.e. Advanced User, Ops User, Auditor User), recipients can navigate to the Certifications tab in Compliance Management and see all of the Certifications assigned to them, and click Start Certification to submit their responses.
Either of the above routes will take the recipient to a page where they can submit their responses for that specific certification.
- Select answer and submit explanations: A recipient can select Yes or No. If the recipient selects a response that would result in an exception, they will be required to submit an explanation before proceeding.
- Save & Finish Later: Recipients will have the option to save their progress within individual Certification requests at any point.
