Users can track issues. Issue primary and secondary owners and testers can be edited from the three dots on the right side of an issue with the “Manage Assignees” option.
This will open a new page, where under the “Assignees” tab assignments and due dates can be edited.
Users can track the status of issues with the dropdown under “Issue Status.” Users can choose between “Open,” “Remediated,” and “Unremediated.” Issue owners and testers can only sign off on an issue once the status has been changed to “remediated” or “unremediated.” Additionally, all action items for the issue must be signed off before issues can change status.
