Purpose: These two skills let your agent finish the checklist work it just did. Upload File to Checklist Item attaches the run's output to a checklist item as supporting documentation, and Checklist Signoff signs the item off. Your close checklist reflects the agent's work the moment the run completes.
Upload File to Checklist Item
This skill takes a file from a previous step and attaches it to the checklist item you choose. The support lands right where reviewers and auditors already look, without anyone downloading an output and re-uploading it by hand.
Point the step at the checklist item, and give it the file from the step before it. When the run completes, the documentation is on the item.

Checklist Signoff
Checklist Signoff signs off on a Checklist Item as part of a run. When the agent finishes the work behind an item, it can mark that item done, so your checklist stays current without anyone remembering to go back and check the box.
It stands on its own. Checklist items don't need supporting documentation to be signed off, so an agent that posts an accrual entry to JEM can sign off the "run the accrual agent" item in the same run, no upload involved.
The agent signs off the item when its work is done.
Using Them Together
The natural pattern is upload, then sign off: the agent attaches its output to the item as support, then signs the item off. One run, and the checklist shows the work is done and what was done.
Both steps go at the end of your agent, after the work they document. And they play well with the rest of the library: a JE agent can post its entry, upload the support to the checklist, and sign off the item, all in one run.

Keep in Mind
Keep file names simple
Files upload cleanly when their names stick to letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores. If your output's name picks up spaces or special characters along the way, use a Transform Data step to set a clean name before the upload.
One item per step
Each step targets one checklist item. To touch several items in a run, give each its own step.
