Compliance Management: Updated Scoping Landing Page
The Scoping tab now features a new landing page that consolidates all your scoping workbooks in one place. You can create multiple workbooks per program, copy them across projects for faster setup, and rename existing workbooks for clarity. This update makes it easier to locate, manage, and reuse your scoping content across Compliance Management.
Compliance Management: Custom Field UI Update
The Custom Fields page in Compliance Management has been updated with a refreshed UI and several usability improvements. You can now search for field names, view all programs linked to a field (including those you don’t have access to), and bulk add custom fields to a project. The Create and Edit field pages remain unchanged for now.
Compliance Management: Risks & Operations Testing
You can now create and manage tests for Risks (ERM) and other operational activities—like vendor audits—directly within the Testing module. These new tests can be linked to Issues and Evidence Requests, and Admins can configure which test types are available using a new settings toggle. This enhancement consolidates all testing activity—including Controls, Key Reports, Risks, and Operational work—into a single, centralized workflow.
Compliance Management: Visualize Linked Frameworks and Requirements in Controls
View linked frameworks and their associated requirements directly from the Controls module. You can now add a new column in the controls table that gives you insight into the linked frameworks and their requirements that each control is linked to. You can also filter controls by framework, add a framework column to the table, and export framework linkage details for reporting. This update helps bring more context to controls by clearly showing how they map to your compliance frameworks.

Compliance Management: Framework Coverage
You can now assess framework coverage directly within the Compliance Frameworks module. For each framework requirement, mark it as Covered, Not Covered, or Out of Scope to track how your controls align to your compliance obligations. You can also filter by linkage status, keywords, or coverage to focus your efforts. This update helps you monitor progress more effectively and identify any gaps in your framework coverage.

Compliance Management: One-Click Copy for FQ Reference and Control Description Tags
You can now copy the FQ Reference and FQ Control Description tags directly from the Linked Controls Table with a single click. A new copy icon appears next to each tag, making it easy to paste them into narratives or flowcharts without manually retyping or tracking them elsewhere. This update helps reduce tagging errors and saves time across your compliance documentation workflow.
Compliance Management: Edit Recipients in Ongoing Control Review Certifications
You can now edit recipients in Control Review Certifications even after a round has started. This update removes the need to create a new certification when a control owner changes or is no longer available. It builds on our March release for standard certifications and helps ensure rounds remain accurate and complete.
Compliance To Do List
The To-Do List now includes a dedicated Compliance tab, giving you a centralized view of all your assigned tasks across Controls, Risks, and Tests. You can filter by date, module, or project, and navigate directly to open items—including review notes—without any date restriction. Managers can also filter by assignee to view outstanding tasks across their teams, improving visibility and accountability.
