ReMind Business Days
You can now align recurring ReMind requests with your business day calendar. The new Business Day date option automatically maps the send date to the correct business day, taking into account your configured workweek, holidays, and work-through days for each entity. This update helps maintain consistency with the rest of your FloQast schedule and reduces confusion caused by standard weekday-based scheduling.
Close To-Do List Filters
You can now filter your Close To-Do List using a variety of attributes to quickly find the tasks that matter most, including:
- Item Type
- Assignee Type
- Status
- Due Date
- Workflow
- Entity
- Folder

Dashboard Now Supports Retail Calendar Working Dates
The Dashboard’s Progress Chart now accurately reflects working dates based on your Retail Calendar’s base date, rather than defaulting to the first of the month. This enhancement ensures the Dashboard is usable and relevant for teams operating on a Retail Calendar.
ReMind: New UI Enhancements
We’ve made several updates to improve how you create and manage Requests in ReMind. You can now view email address and company name details directly in the inbox preview, with improved visibility into failed sends. Linked Checklist details are now accessible at a glance, and timezone selection has been expanded to include all FloQast supported timezones.
To-Do List for Close: Date Filter & Status Enhancements
The Close To-Do List now includes a customizable date filter and a new Status of Items column to help you prioritize work more effectively. You can limit the view of late, due today, and upcoming tasks to a specific date range, with a default view of ±15 days from today. This filter persists even if you navigate away. Additionally, a new status attribute makes it easy to see which items are ready for review without opening each task, improving how you triage and manage your close tasks.

Close To Do List
The new Close To-Do List provides a central hub for all assigned tasks across Checklists and Reconciliations. You can now view all late, due today, and upcoming tasks—no longer limited to a 7-day window. The redesigned interface offers a cleaner, more efficient experience, helping you quickly identify and take action on your assigned items.
Product Navigation Enhancement
The new product navigation enhancement makes it easier to move between workflows, products, and tools. The new layout is organized into three clear sections: starting points (All Workflows and your To-Do List), core product areas (Close, Compliance Management, Ops, Projects, FloQademy, and more), and additional resources (Product Updates, Settings, Profile, Help Center, and Customer Feedback).
This update improves orientation within the app and streamlines navigation through hover-based access. The new product navigation enhancement delivers continued improvements to our all in one audit-ready platform.
User Visibility Update
To streamline the user management experience in FloQast, Admins and Sys Admins can now view all users regardless of historical shared workspace access. From the "Admin Settings" page, click on the "Team Members" tab to view and update user access. If you do not see this update reflected and would like to have it enabled, please contact your Accounting Success Manager.
Microsoft Teams App Integration for FloQast APAC
FloQast’s Microsoft Teams app is now available for APAC customers using the au.floqast.app environment. This new integration enables Teams notifications and can be configured through the Notification Integrations menu under Profile Settings > Notifications. Previously unavailable for this region, the Teams app is now listed in the Microsoft Teams Marketplace and fully supported.
