Amortization and Depreciation UI Updates

The Amortization and Depreciation modules now feature an updated interface with improved usability and performance. You can take advantage of this enhanced grid functionality, including resizing, reordering, and hiding columns to match your preferences. Additionally, you can view Per GL and Per Difference balances directly within the module, eliminating the need to navigate to the Reconciliations tab to compare balances.

Journal Entry Management: Lock CSP Files on Journal Entry Approval

Supporting documents in cloud storage are now automatically locked when a journal entry is approved. This prevents linked files from being moved, edited, or deleted—helping ensure your documentation remains intact and in sync for audit readiness. This enhancement applies to all existing and future Journal Entry Management users who are using a cloud storage provider.

Journal Entry Management Export Enhancements

You can now export Journal Entries to Excel directly from the dashboard with the filters you've applied—no more manual cleanup. The export is also faster, supports larger volumes, and now includes reviewer information for better visibility.

Journal Entry Management NetSuite Data Sync Enhancement

We've improved the data sync experience for Journal Entry Management users connected to NetSuite. You can now start a sync and navigate away—FloQast will continue processing in the background and notify you by email once it’s complete. This update resolves issues for customers with large data sets and speeds up onboarding.
