FloQast allows you to export the results of your Variance Analysis Report(s) to Excel format in a layout that is suitable for both internal and external sharing per your FP&A requirements.
When you export a Report, you will be presented with four options:
1. Base Report: The base report contains the basic necessities: The balances for each comparison period, the variance in $ and %, the Explanation, and explanation details.
2. Base Report + With Assignments: In addition to the standard base export, the columns for Variance Analysis Assignments will also be populated with the Assignee info and Sign-Off info.
3. Base Report + With Review Notes: In addition to the standard base export, there will be a column with the Review Note status of any Review Notes left on the Variance Analysis Report. Each status will hyperlink to an additional tab on the Report, which contains the content of the Review Note.
4. Full Report: Base Report + Assignments + Review Notes
Upon exporting, any Review Notes provided within the Variance Analysis Report will be conveniently accessible on the second tab of your Excel file.
