FloQast's Audit Report feature allows you to export an Excel file tracking changes made to the Entity Settings, Users Settings, Checklist, Checklist Settings, Custom Roles, Reconciliation Settings, and Reconciliations. The report can be exported for a time frame of your choosing and contains the following information: Date & Time, Performed By, Category, Folder, Account Identifier, Internal ID, Action, Field, Previous Value, New Value, Periods Affected, Periods Excluded.
Admins and System Admins can export the Audit Report from the Reports page in the Admin Settings. Just go to the Reports tab and select the category(s) of actions you'd like to see on the report, the workspace(s) you'd like to see them for, and the time frame you would like to see them for.
Please note that for the Enhanced Audit Report from the Reports tab, as features have been released and new events added to the Enhanced Audit Report, event data is captured beginning on specific dates depending on the event. These are broken down below.
Some data may have been logged prior to these dates as part of an early access program.

If you need information from before 04/10/24, the original Audit Report can be exported from the Entities page in your Admin Settings.
This report shows changes are made on the Entities and Team Members Settings pages and who is making the changes. It contains the following information: Date, Action Performed By, Action, Action Detail, and Companies Affected.
FloQast's Audit Report feature allows you to export an Excel file tracking changes made to your Compliance Programs, including Compliance Program user access and changes made to Controls and Risks.
For Compliance Management specific changes, select the following:
- Product: Compliance Management
- Workspace: Select one or multiple Compliance Programs
- Category: Select Risks and/or Controls
- Date Range: Specified date range
Users will be able to export the Audit Report in PDF or Excel. Feel free to navigate away from this page as you’ll be notified via email and in-app once the Report is ready to download.
This report shows changes that are made to user access via the Users tab and any changes made to Controls and Risks (edit, delete, deactivate). The report will detail what item changed, previous and current values, who made the change and when.
Please note the Compliance Audit Report from the Reports tab only captures information beginning on 03/28/2024.
