French and German Language Support

FloQast now supports French and German, along with customizable date and number formats. You can set these preferences in Profile Settings (located under your user avatar).

Custom Roles

Admins and Sys Admins can now create custom roles by customizing specific permissions on the Manager and Advanced User FloQast roles. Once created, these custom roles can be assigned to individual team members. Events related to creating and updating custom roles, as well as team member assignments, are captured in the audit log and reflected on the team member export.

Checklist Events in Audit Report

"Checklist - Task Level Settings" has been added as an option for the audit report to help track any changes made to your checklist tasks such as re-assignments, deadline shifts, etc. The new events for checklist are captured beginning November 19, 2024.

Linking Documents to Reconciliations

You can now link supporting documents, such as PDF bank statements, directly to your reconciliations in FloQast. All document types are supported and securely stored in your cloud storage. Documents are stored in monthly process folders, not the linked documents folder. Files with the #FQ anchor will automatically link to reconciliations and update tie-out data. If documents are added directly to the cloud folder, they’ll display “added by Google Drive” instead of the user’s name. Adding documents will also trigger a recs refresh to identify updates tied to the anchor. You can attach multiple files at once by selecting them through the file explorer menu.
