AI Matching: File Import and Matching Supports 20M Transactions

AI Matching now supports importing and matching up to 20 million transactions per account per month (10 million per file upload). This enhancement allows you to efficiently process high-volume datasets, accommodating your growing transaction needs with ease.

AI Matching Enhancements

AI Matching now includes new features to improve usability and data integrity:

• Concurrent Access Control: Recs can only be accessed by one user at a time, with sessions expiring after 20 minutes of inactivity.
• Lock Period After Roll Forward: Users can view, but not modify, data from the previous period once it has been rolled forward.
• Table Multi-Sort: Sort unmatched transactions across multiple columns, including reference fields.
• Shift + Select: Quickly select or deselect multiple transactions by holding the Shift key.
• Select All Across Searches: Select all transactions conveniently, even across multiple searches.

These enhancements provide a more efficient and reliable experience for managing transaction matching.

AI Transaction Matching: Multiple Reference Fields

One of the most requested features for AI Transaction Matching is now live! You can now upload and display unlimited additional reference fields, both for visual reference and to enhance AI-driven rules. Highlights include the ability to rename reference fields, support for File Upload and integrations (e.g., NetSuite, Trovata), and use of additional data in customized AI rules, matches, and exports. This feature improves auto-match percentages by leveraging more data attributes in the rule criteria and simplifies exception handling, making transaction matching even more efficient and user-friendly.
