Variance Analysis Intacct Enhancements

We’ve introduced powerful new Variance Analysis enhancements for Intacct users:

• Rapid Refresh: Reports now refresh in seconds, drastically improving performance.
• Transactions: View and export the transactions behind your account balances.
• AI Explanations: Use AI-driven insights to pinpoint the sources of your variances.
• Trends: Analyze up to 12 periods of historical data to identify long-term variance patterns.

These enhancements are available for Intacct users onboarded onto FloLake. For more details on setting up FloLake, reach out to your ASM.

Variance Analysis Review Notes Icon Update

We’ve updated the review notes icon in Variance Analysis! The number displayed on the icon now reflects only unresolved review notes, making it easier to focus on outstanding items. This change applies to the non-virtualized report table.

AI Explanation Templates in Variance Analysis

We’re excited to introduce AI Explanation Templates in Variance Analysis! You can now save and manage templates to tailor AI-generated explanations for material variances. Start with a default template applied across all reports and accounts, or create custom templates for specific line items, customizing instructions, dimensions to analyze, and more. Templates save your preferences and roll over each period. This feature is live for Admins and Managers.

Variance Analysis Class and Location Dimensions for NetSuite

Variance Reports now support the Class and Location dimensions for NetSuite, giving you more control over how you slice and analyze your data. This is the first phase of our rollout to add additional NetSuite dimensions, giving finer control in defining variances period over period.
