Customizing Risks Page
To customize which Risk Fields you can view on the Risks page, select Edit Columns on the Risks table. This will expand a list of all of your Risk Fields (all Default and Custom Fields for your specific Audit Project) that you can choose to display on the Risks page you see in FQ. Simply toggle on and off the fields you would like to be displayed.
You can also reorder how the columns are displayed in FQ by clicking the six dots to the left of the Field description and dragging the fields up and down.
Filtering Risks
To filter through Risks, first, you want to ensure you are looking at the correct Audit Project and Month(s) in the top left dropdowns. Then select the ‘+ Add Filter’ button. By default, only the ‘Search’ filter will appear on the page. You can add filters for any Default or Custom Field, by selecting ‘+ Add Filter’ and selecting all that you would like to add to the page. Once you choose a filter, it will be removed from the ‘+ Add Filter’ dropdown. These filters will be unique to your own FQ user profile and will not impact the view for other users. If you leave the page or log out of FQ, these filters will persist.
To remove filters, you can click the ‘X’ on the filter and it will readd the filter to the dropdown options under ‘+ Add Filter’.
