To filter through risks, first, you want to ensure you are looking at the correct Audit Project in the top left dropdown. Then select the ‘Filter’ button on the right side of the application. There are three ways to Filter your risks. These methods can be used individually or in conjunction with one another.
- Search Bar: to type in criteria such as the Risk Name, ID, or Description
- Dropdown Menus: to make selections for options under Process, Category, Risk Impact, Risk Likelihood, Risk Tolerance, Linked Controls, and Assertions
- Quick Filters: No Linked Controls, Has Linked Controls, and Unmet Assertions
Unmet Assertions is a great Quick Filter that allows you to see if a Risk has assertions that are not covered by the associated Control(s).
When viewing your Risks, you can see all Controls linked to a Risk by clicking the caret to the left of a Risk ID.
