FloQast Users and Admins have the option to receive several different types of email notifications. The Notification Settings does not currently have all of the notification settings for Compliance, however, here is a breakdown of all of the Compliance notifications and their functionality.
Review Notes Email Notifications
- Review Notes Assignment: This notification is sent when you are assigned to a particular review note.
- Changes to Review Notes: This notification is sent when a review note creator edits the text of the original review note assigned to you.
- Comments to Review Notes: This notification is sent to everyone involved in the Review Note thread (note creator, assignee, and commentator) when an individual adds a reply to a Review Notes thread.
- Changes to Comments: This notification is sent to everyone involved in a Review Notes thread (note creator, assignee, and commentator) when a person edits a reply in the Review Notes thread.
- Changes to Review Note Assignment: This notification is sent to the note creator and the assignees (previous and new) when assignees are edited on a Review Note.
- Changes to Review Note Status: This notification is sent to everyone involved in the Review Notes thread (note creator, assignee, and commentator) when a review note status changes.
Flow Chart Email Notifications:
- Coming Due1: This notification is sent on Monday at midnight (according to audit project time zone) if a due date falls within the next 7 days.
- Late/Overdue2: This notification is sent at midnight (according to audit project time zone) after the due date has passed as well as every day after until completion.
Narratives Email Notifications:
- Coming Due1: This notification is sent on Monday at midnight (according to audit project time zone) if a due date falls within the next 7 days.
- Late/Overdue2: This notification is sent at midnight (according to audit project time zone) after the due date has passed as well as every day after until completion.
Risks Email Notifications
- Coming Due: This notification is sent on Monday at midnight (according to audit project time zone) if a due date falls within the next 7 days.
- Late/Overdue: This notification is sent at midnight (according to audit project time zone) after the due date has passed as well as every day after until completion.
Control Email Notifications
- Assigned: This notification is sent to a user when they are assigned on a control as a preparer or reviewer.
- Coming Due: This notification is sent on Monday at midnight (according to audit project time zone) if a due date falls within the next 7 days.
- Late/Overdue: This notification is sent at midnight (according to audit project time zone) after the due date has passed as well as every day after until completion.
- Ready For Review: This notification is sent to the reviewer after the preparer has signed off.
Control & Key Report Tests Email Notifications
- Coming Due3: This notification is sent on Monday at midnight (according to audit project time zone) if a due date falls within the next 7 days.
- Late/Overdue4: This notification is sent at midnight (according to audit project time zone) within 24 hours after the due date has passed.
- Ready For Review: This notification is sent to the reviewer(s) once the preparer(s) has signed off.
- Sign-Off Removed: This notification is sent if the status of the test is changed resulting in your previous sign-off being removed.
Issues Email Notifications
- Coming Due3: This notification is sent on Monday at midnight (according to audit project time zone) if a due date falls within the next 7 days.
- Late/Overdue4: This notification is sent at midnight (according to audit project time zone) within 24 hours after the due date has passed.
- Ready For Review (Owners): This notification is sent to all owners (primary and secondary) once all action items on the issue have been signed off on.
- Ready For Review (Testers): This notification is sent to a tester once all of the owners have signed off on an issue and all of the action items have been signed off on.
- Sign-Off Removed: This notification is sent if the status of the test is changed resulting in your previous sign-off being removed.
Action Items On Issues Email Notifications
- Coming Due3: This notification is sent on Monday at midnight (according to audit project time zone) if a due date falls within the next 7 days.
- Late/Overdue4: This notification is sent at midnight (according to audit project time zone) within 24 hours after the due date has passed.
- Ready For Review: This notification is sent to the reviewer(s) once the preparer(s) has signed off.
PBC Requests Email Notifications
- Assigned (Internal & Guest Users): This notification is manually sent by the requestor.
- Coming Due (Internal & Guest Users) : This notification is sent on Monday at midnight (according to audit project time zone) if a due date falls within the next 7 days.
- Late/Overdue (Internal & Guest Users)4: This notification is sent at midnight (according to audit project time zone) within 24 hours after the due date has passed.
- Files Ready For Review: This notification is sent to the requestor after all the requested files have been uploaded and the request has been marked "Submitted By Recipient(s)"
- Reminder (Internal & Guest Users): This notification is sent manually by a requestor to remind the assignees on the request that the evidence has been requested from them.
Certifications Email Notifications
- Initial Request (Internal & Guest Recipients): This notification is sent at midnight (according to audit project time zone) on the date designated by the requestor (the date is the number of days before a due date) OR is manually triggered by the certification Admin/Manager
- Coming Due (Internal & Guest Recipients) : This notification is sent on Monday at midnight (according to audit project time zone) if a due date falls within the next 7 days.
- Late/Overdue (Internal & Guest Recipients): This notification is sent at midnight (according to audit project time zone) every day after due date has passed (up to 90 days).

Each of these alerts is completely optional but recommended for users that want to be notified immediately when there are changes within the application.
