Once you have created all of your Evidence Requests you will be able to edit and manage them directly in FQ.
Making Edits to Evidence Requests
To make edits to your Evidence Request, click on the three dots to the right of the Evidence Request item.
This will display four items:
- Send Request: This will send the request to the recipient(s)
- Edit Request: This will bring you to page where you can edit the Evidence Request details. (Note: You will not be able to make edits to a Request in an Accepted status)
- Copy Request: This will copy and create a new Evidence Request with the same details.
- Delete Request: This will permanently delete the request
Managing Responses to Evidence Requests
Once a recipient has submitted their request you will have the option to Review their files and Accept or Reject their submissions. Simply click into the Evidence Request, and click Review Files.
- Accept or Reject Evidence Request Files: Clicking the Checkmark and X icons on the left-hand side will allow you to decide whether to Accept or Reject individual files. You must select an action for each individual file in order to Finish Review. You can Save Progress at any time. Any changes you’ve made will be preserved in this case, and any unchecked items will be displayed in a Pending status
- Finish Review: Once a decision has been made for each item you can click Finish Review. If all items have been Accepted, then the Evidence Request Status will change from Submitted to Accepted.
If any items were Rejected, you will have the option to notify the Recipient of this decision. If you elect to notify the recipient, then the Evidence Request Status will revert to Requested until new items have been uploaded. If the recipient is not notified, then the status will remain in the Submitted state.
Bulk Sending your Evidence Requests
On the main Evidence Request page, you can Bulk Send your requests. Click Bulk Send/Remind and select the Evidence Request(s) you would like to send. This will send an email notification to all recipients.
