Inbox View for ReMind allows you to see the responses to your ReMind Requests without ever leaving the app. To access the Inbox View, hover over one of your existing Requests, and click View Inbox.
The Inbox View is both campaign and cadence specific. Each of your own ReMind Requests will have a separate Inbox for every time they are sent out. For example, you might have a monthly Obtain Confirmation Request. This Request will have its own Inbox for March 2023, a separate one for April 2023, and so on and so forth.
The separate inboxes for Requests and periods allow you to see all of your responses organized by Request and period. With this, you can see all of the emails that have been sent out as part of this campaign and any responses and attachments from your data providers, all without ever leaving ReMind.
Once in the inbox, you can also search and filter to find specific responses. Searching will search both for data providers' names as well as content in their responses. You can also filter by name and completion status.
Once you click on a specific response, you will be able to mark the thread as complete or incomplete, as well as export the thread. Additionally, if you click View Details, it will take you back to the Details view, and once there, you can click back into the Inbox View if needed.
Also in the Inbox View, you will be able to see whether or not specific messages have been read or unread.
Response Highlighting
Responses will be highlighted if they fall into one of two specific situations. The first is if the response is an Out of Office Response. If an Out of Office Response is received, the response will be highlighted in yellow. You will be prompted with three options if an Out of Office Response is received:
- Pause the Request
- Continue the Request despite the Out of Office
- Add a replacement data provider
Responses will be highlighted in red if the email bounced. A Request email would bounce if the email is invalid or if the recipient's inbox is already full. If this happens, you will be presented with the option to add a replacement data provider or remove this person from all future campaigns.
Additionally, you can now send a response to your data providers directly from ReMind! If you click reply, you can write a follow-up message to your data providers, and it will send within the existing ReMind thread.
The final feature here is the ability to prepend to future messages. If you type a reply and then check "Prepend to Future Messages," the reply will send out immediately, and the next message in the cadence will have that reply at the top. Additionally, checking that box will automatically mark the request as incomplete.
For example, if one of your Data providers accidentally sent you July's information rather than August's, you could prepend a message letting them know they had sent the incorrect data by mistake, and the campaign's follow-up will include that note in the next message.
