Pre-built Frameworks

You can now request access to pre-built compliance frameworks directly within the Frameworks module. This release introduces out-of-the-box support for COSO, SOC 2, NIST SP 800-53, and NIST CSF. Compliance users will see a new Available tab on the Frameworks page to view and request access to these frameworks.

Edit Recipients in Ongoing Rounds for Standard Certifications

You can now add or remove recipients in Standard Certifications even after a round has started. Previously, any changes required setting up a new certification, leading to incomplete rounds or unnecessary workarounds. This update allows you to manage recipients directly from the drill-down page. If a recipient who has already responded is removed, a warning will appear notifying you that their response will be permanently deleted. This improvement streamlines certification management and reduces the need for manual adjustments.

Multi-process support for Key reports

Key reports can now be linked to multiple processes—or no process at all—both in the platform and through bulk import. This update provides greater flexibility in organizing key reports, such as financial statements, across multiple processes. Please note that when creating a key report test, a process must still be selected to store all testing documentation, as documentation is housed by process.

 

New UI for Copying Evidence Files from Controls to Tests

We've updated the UI for copying evidence files from controls to tests. You can now select specific files to copy and choose the testing phase they should be copied to.

Past Due Slack and Teams Notifications

We've expanded Compliance Notifications in Slack and Teams to include Past Due notifications. In addition to "Due Soon" alerts, you can now receive notifications for overdue compliance items, helping you stay on top of critical deadlines. These notifications can be managed in User Notification Settings, allowing you to choose where to receive updates.

 

Certification Enhancements

We've made several updates to improve your experience with Certifications:

  • Updated Sidebar Navigation for easier navigation within Certification results.
  • Improved UX when accepting or rejecting proposed control changes.
  • Customizable Notifications to enable or disable "Coming Due" and "Past Due" alerts per certification.
  • Certification Copying when duplicating an Audit Project.
