To begin adding your Policies, first click on the Policies button, and then click Create Policy.
After clicking on "Create Policy", populate the following fields:
Project*: Associate the Audit Project the policy will belong to.
Policy Name*: Enter a Policy Name
Policy Description: Enter a Policy Description
Category: Select the appropriate Policy Category
Policy Documents: Here users can upload their Policy document(s) as well as assign users that will be responsible for uploading and managing their policy document(s). Assignees will also be responsible for signing off on their policies directly in FQ. (Note: If a Policy document is not uploaded at initial creation of the Policy in FQ, users can upload them later)
Once the Policy is saved, users will be taken back to the Policy list page.
