Below are some FAQs regarding ReMind. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to your Accounting Success Manager or support@floqast.com.
CREATING REQUESTS
When exactly does my Request get sent out to the recipient(s)?
Your Request is sent on the Start Date specified during creation. Requests are batched to deliver at 8am PST/11am EST. If a Request has a same-day Start Date and is created past our daily delivery time, it will be sent within ten minutes after creation.
How many follow-ups will my recipient(s) get?
The number of past-due notifications your recipient(s) will receive depends on the selected Message Mode.
How many messages will my CC contact get?
Your CCd contacts will receive a separate thread for each main recipient on the Request.
At which frequencies can Requests be set to send?
Requests can be sent once, or recurring on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. Biweekly and Annual are not yet available.
Can I make and save my own templates?
This is a coming feature. For now, we recommend using the “Create Your Own” Request if no other templates are fitting, and then copy and paste the content of an existing Request to a new one as needed.
MAINTAINING REQUESTS
How do I mark a Request as completed when my responses were received outside of ReMind?
Please see Mark As Completed.
How do I preview a Request that is pending to be sent?
The contents of a Request can be seen in the Edit Request modal. There is also an option to check off the Send Test Email function during the initial creation of the Request.
How do I export historical periods?
Click into View Details and use the arrows in the top right-hand corner to toggle to the month you'd like. You can click on Export from here.
Can I edit a Request that has already been sent out?
While Requests that have already been sent cannot be retroactively edited, recurring Requests can be edited for future periods. The message, contacts, and attachment(s) can be edited from within the Edit Request modal.
Does deactivating a Request stop past-due notifications?
Yes. Deactivating a Request will deactivate all notifications from being sent. Recurring Requests that have been deactivated can be restarted from the Dashboard, which will start up notifications again depending on your send date and follow-up date selections.
What if I receive a reply to my request outside of ReMind? How can I get this response into ReMind?
If you receive a direct reply, you can forward the response to ReMind by forwarding the message to reply-to@remind.floqast.app. You can also click into View Details and use Mark As Completed for the applicable recipient.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
Are there any permission settings available per Request?
Yes, you can choose to set a Request as either Public or Private. Additionally, every Remind Request is assigned to one of your FloQast Entities. A Public Request is visible to all team members in ReMind who have access to the entity the request is in, while a Private Request is only visible to the original creator of the request and Admins and Managers with access to that entity. For more information on this, here is our article on Entities in ReMind and transferring requests between owners.
How secure is ReMind?
Security remains at top of mind as ReMind continues to be built out. Documents uploaded to Requests are hosted on a secure server by FloQast--we don’t integrate with personal emails and servers. Your content is restricted only to you and whomever you administer the document to. You are also welcome to utilize secure links in Requests.
The internal FloQast team can also only export redacted files when working in the back-end of any client’s instance. We’ve implemented this security-compliant feature to protect your sensitive information and privacy.
