Types of ReMind Emails Data Providers Receive:
A Welcome Email will be sent to your contacts the first time you interact with them through FloQast ReMind. This email helps educate contacts on the purpose of FloQast ReMind, as well as reiterate the important role they play in helping you collect all of the essential data you need.
Initial Request Email
Your Request’s initial message will be sent on its assigned Start Date. You can edit the future Start Date of recurring Requests by clicking into “Edit Request” from the Dashboard.
Responder’s Confirmation Email
Anytime a contact responds to a ReMind Request, they will receive a Confirmation Email letting them know their response has been successfully received. Check out our Best Practices for more information on responding to a ReMind Request.
You can customize the Follow-Up Email your data providers will receive should they fail to respond to your Request by the due date.
ReMind will continue sending past-due emails based on the Message Mode assigned to your Request. If your contact has already responded outside of ReMind, they can simply click on the “Already Responded” link in this email to complete the Request.
Types of ReMind Emails Requesters Will Receive:
Due Date Reached
ReMind will send you an email on the due date of your Request so you may easily click into its details and export the results.
Completed Request Confirmation
Once your Request has received responses from all of its contacts, you will receive an email confirming the completion of the Request. Simply click on the “View Request” link to easily check out details of the Request and export its results.
Recurring Request Confirmation
If your ReMind Request is recurring, you will receive a confirmation email a few business days before the Request is sent out again.
