FloQast has now made it easier to migrate your folders over to a new cloud storage provider. This can be completed by following the steps below:
- First, you will want to copy the existing FloQast root folder in your old/ current cloud storage and paste it into your new cloud storage.
Note: depending on how many files of information you have within these folders, it may take some time.
- Once this has been completed and all files are synced or uploaded, let your Account Manager and/or our Support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) know and they will initiate the next step in the process. This involves "breaking the link" or invalidating the credentials for your old storage provider.
- Next, log back into FloQast where you will then need to reauthenticate the credentials for your (new) cloud storage account under User Settings.
- Let your Account Manager and/or our Support team (email@example.com) know when you have done this and they can move forward with rebuilding the folders in FloQast.
Note: OneDrive is a bit more complex in that admins need to make sure they have the right authority/ permissions. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you are switching to OneDrive for your cloud storage provider.
