The " Late Notification Emails" Email reminds team members of their missed deadlines by sending an email of the missed tasks.
If a deadline is missed, team members will receive a Past Due Email the following business day listing out each missed task assigned to them. If they miss a deadline on Friday, the email will be received on the following Monday.
Team members can click on ‘Take Care of These Items Now’ to be taken directly to the respective Checklist or Reconciliations page. The filters will automatically be applied for ‘Assigned to Me’ and ‘Past Due’.
Users can opt in or out of the email feature on the Personal Settings Page. (See image below)
Note: These are not cumulative emails, they will only show specific items that are past due from the previous day.
