FloQast connects with the Intacct API to facilitate real-time account reconciliations. To connect to your Intacct account you will need your Intacct log-in information.
In Intacct you will also to need to subscribe to Web Services to activate the API:
Lastly, it is important to make sure reporting periods are setup in Intacct in order for FloQast to create folder structures without error.
To add accounting periods, you can go to Company > Reporting Periods and add:
When you add new periods, please make sure they are in the same format as your existing periods:
There is a Completeness Check available to Intacct clients on our Reconciliations page. Click the button for Completeness when in All Companies View, to see a list of accounts with activity that may need to be included in FloQast reconciliations.
