Once a request is created, the Recipient will receive an email notification from reply-to@remind.floqast.app
Recipients can view and submit responses to their PBC requests in two ways:

Directly from the email: Select View Request. Recipients will then be then directed to the individual PBC Request, where they can submit their responses in FQ.
- (Note 1: Recipients who are FQ users and have access to the audit project the PBC request is associated with will be prompted to log into FQ with their FQ user email.)
- (Note 2: Non-FQ Users will only be able to access the PBC Request via the email notification)
- From the FQ App (FQ Users Only): Recipients can navigate to the PBC tab in Compliance Management and filter for their name in the Assignees filter.
Either of the above routes will take you to a page where the Recipient can upload their support.
Once a file is uploaded, you will have the option to change the status to Submitted, or if you have more support to upload, you can click Cancel and change the status later.
