To edit an existing Risk, click on the three dots on the right side of the Risk. You will be given the option to Edit or Delete the risk. From the Edit view, you can edit all details of the Risk except the Audit Project and Risk ID.
To change the Audit Project or Risk ID for a Risk, you will want to delete the risk and create a new Risk from the ‘Create’ button on the Risk tab or by adding it to the RCM template (see Bulk Edits to your Risk Control Matrix)
To delete an existing Risk, click on the three dots on the right side of each Risk and select ‘Delete’. When a risk is deleted from this view, it will delete the risk in the RCM template as well.
